Bowie Residence Hall

Bowie Hall, a co-ed residence hall, is located between Eggers Residence Hall and Kidd Brewer Stadium and is the closest residence hall to the stadium.

The hall is named after Tom Bowie, a member of the North Carolina General Assembly and supporter of B. B. Dougherty in the establishment of Appalachian State University. The hall first opened in 1966, then received an entire face lift in 1986.

Bowie is a smoke-free residence hall.
