Coffey Hall, located beside Cone Residence Hall, is the University Honors Center. Only Honor Students are housed in this hall. Depending on the room and class status, two, three, or four people are assigned to a single room in this co-ed residence hall depending on their class status.

The hall is named after a local family that were prominent business leaders and politicians.
