The Carol Grotnes Belk Library is centrally located on Appalachian's campus and provides ready access to a wide range of information resources. The library contains individual and group study areas, an electronic library laboratory, and film/video viewing rooms. The Library houses more than 686,880 books; 1,378,000 microforms; and 50,000 sound recordings, videos, and other non-print media.
