Lovill Hall is located beside White Residence Hall. Lovill Hall is a female residence hall and has both two and three person rooms.

Named after Captain Edward F. Lovill, a local attorney who helped write the bill for the establishment of Appalachian Teacher's Academy. He became the first chairman of Appalachian's first Board of Trustees in 1903.
