Winkler Hall is located between Frank and Eggers Residence Halls and is designed for eight students to live in a suite style arrangement. Each suite contains four bedrooms that accommodate two students each.

Winkler Hall is exclusively available to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. It is a co-ed hall.

The hall is named after the Winkler family of Boone. Gordon Winkler was a former Mayor. Ralph was a member of the Board of Trustees and a local politician.
