Freshman Seminar students are traditional-aged, first-year students who generally reflect the demographics of the entire student body. They represent a cross section of the freshman class. Students register for US 1150 by indicating their preference on the Preliminary Course Registration form that they complete before Phase 1 Orientation. Approximately 60% of ASU freshmen enroll in Freshman Seminar.
